Thought Behind the School

The Kerandimal Education Trust (KET), a 22-year old, registered NGO in Kankia has various activities and achievements. After attaining so many milestones the Trust has decided to manage and run a school in Kankia.  The name of the school is Gram Vikas Residential School. It is a model for the formal education of both boys and girls from Class III to Class X. This is especially for Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste children though there are a few students here who belong to General Castes as well.
